When you work hard, you want to be recognized for that hard work. Synergy believes that each distributor who works to build their commission leg should be given a "badge of honor" reflecting their achievements. With this in mind, Synergy has developed a pin recognition program.

Each month after the final commission calculations have been posted, Synergy mails pins to the distributors who reached a new pin level. Distributors are also recognized in the Synergy newsletter each month. Synergy wants you to know how much we appreciate your commitment to Synergy.

Team Elite Pin Level:
This Pin Level is achieved when the weak leg volume on Tracking Center 1 reaches 60,000 CV in a commission period. This Pin Level does not have any ramifications on commissions or bonuses. This Pin Level has been established to recognize Team Members for the hard work and commitment they have made to Synergy as they progress to Pearl Executive from Team Director.
